Put on your Running Shoes





I'm running these days. I always start jogging (besause it's not really high speed running, I must admit) during spring. I can't stand being inside when the weather is nice so I start running. It calms me and it's good for my figure, mood (I tend to become happy when I run) and condition. I also sing out loud during my run because I think that as long as I can sing, my breathing is alright which means that I can go on. And it's fun too, you should try it! Ipod in your ears, shut yourself of from the world and start singing as if no one can hear you.
